Prostate massage
The prostate, also known as the 'p-spot', is a gland that produces much of the fluid in semen.
On most guys, you'll find it about five centimeters into the anal area, towards the navel. Trans guys don't have a prostate. (However, the g-spot on trans guys can also be stimulated through the anal.)
The prostate is the size of a walnut and sensitive to touch. Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find.
The person to be stimulated can lie on their back, with their knees against their chest and their legs spread. Take a dab of lubricant on one or more fingers and press lightly against the anal opening. Feel the buttock muscles clench and then relax; be gentle and responsive. This may take a few seconds, so take it easy. Bend your fingers up towards your stomach and make a 'come hither' motion, to gently massage the prostate.
The person receiving the massage can help by encouraging when it feels right, perhaps with a gentle moan. Few people like to be poked at the prostate, try massaging or touching it.
Another somewhat forgotten part of the body is the perineum, which is the area between the scrotum and the ass. Many people enjoy being caressed, licked or massaged here too. There is thin and soft skin here, and lots of nerve endings. Which makes this an erogenous zone for many.
Try combining a prostate and perineal massage! The person giving the massage can be in front of the lucky person. Find the prostate with your index and middle finger and use your thumb to massage the perineum. This way, the prostate is massaged from two sides.
